Monthly rental includes electricity, water, firewood, maid three days per week, garden and pool maintenance daily from 0800 am, except telephone:
14000 South African Rands + prorated additional time at monthly rate.  Example: a guest wishes to book for 1,5 months, his rental will amount to 21000 Rands.

Weekly rental includes electricity, water, firewood, maid three days per week, garden and pool maintenance daily from 0800 am, except telephone:
5000 South African Rands + prorated additional time at weekly rate.  Example: a guest wishes to book for 1,5 weeks, his rental will amount to 7500 Rands.

Balance to be paid one month before occupation + damage guarantee & telephone deposit of 1500 Rands refundable latest one month after departure.

Daily rental includes electricity, water, firewood, maid three days per week, garden and pool maintenance daily from 0800 am, except telephone:
1500 South African Rands + prorated additional time at daily rate.  Example: a guest wishes to book for 2 days, his rental will amount to 3000 Rands.

Balance to be paid one month before occupation + damage guarantee & telephone deposit of 1500 Rands refundable latest one month after departure.

During the Low Season which runs from June to September inclusive monthly and weekly rentals only are reduced by 20%. 

Constraints:

1. Accommodation does not include food or drinks of any nature.
2. Lessees shall be required upon arrival to sign a comprehensive inventory waiver of claims of any nature arising from their own or their guests’ including children, occupancy of the premises, gardens and park.
3. This estate is situated in a sociological and ecological environment where neither humans’ or animals’ lives nor well being may be tampered with in any manner whether by verbal, noise or physical abuse.  The use of Fireworks in particular is at all times prohibited due to the fire and noise hazard that they may cause.
4. The possession by the lessees of firearms, explosives and poisonous substances except with the written consent of the owners are strictly prohibited on the property.
5. Should the lessee wish to entertain, at any time, in a manner that might disturb the neighborhood or the animals roaming the property in any manner, consent in writing, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, must be obtained from the owners of the premises at least 48 hours before the start of the entertainment event.
